Delta Kappa Epsilon
T
he brothers of Delta Kappa Epsilon Gamma Phi are looking forward
to what will be a very constructive year on campus for the chapter. Our
work with MacDonough Elementary School makes a tremendous impact
for the local children. This year we continued our philanthropic efforts to
raise money for MacDonough through t-shirt sales at Homecoming.
Our brothers on the football field started the season with a 52-21 victory
over Middlebury. Cornerback Ben Thaw '20 was awarded NESCAC
Defensive Player of the Week after an incredible two interceptions (one
returned for touchdown).
We have hosted several recruitment events as we grow our chapter,
including Barbecue with Brothers. We aim to gain 10 quality men this
semester.
We are especially focused on improving our reputation on campus and
maintaining an amiable relationship with the Wesleyan community.
The chapter will also host Dr. John Foubert to instruct his sexual assault
program, One in Four. This is a powerful program that will educate
brothers on a subject that we must go above and beyond in raising
awareness for.
We appreciate all of the alumni support in protecting the Old Stone
House. As the court case continues, the bond will remain strong with the
active brothers. Please feel free to reach out with any questions about the
status of the chapter.
