At the public hear- ing, the Town Council will consider three alternative structures for the wa- ter and wastewater rates, fees and charges. The Quartzsite Town Council will consider adopting by resolution one of the three rate structure alternatives posted at www.QuartzsiteAZ.org after the Public Hearing to be held May 22, 2018 in the Council Chambers, 465 North Plymouth Avenue, Quartzsite, Arizona, as part of the Council Meet- ing scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. THE RATES, FEES AND CHARGES FOR 2018 WILL BECOME EFFEC- TIVE ON JULY 1, 2018 AND ANNUALLY THEREAFTER THE RATES, FEES AND CHARGES SHOWN FOR EACH OF 2019, 2020 AND 2021 WILL BECOME EFFECTIVE ON JULY 1 OF THAT YEAR WITHOUT FURTHER ACTION OF THE COUNCIL.
