Qualifi cations for Council appoint- ment are found in Arizona Revised Statutes §9-232(A), which states in pertinent part the following: "A. A person shall not be a member of a city or town council unless, at the time of the election [appointment], the person is eighteen years old, is a qualifi ed elector residing within the city or town at the time of the elec- tion [appointment], and has resided in the city or town for one year next preceding the election [appoint- ment], . . ." The Quartzsite Town Council will be provided with all applications submitted for review and may de- termine whom they wish to inter- view for the Council appointment. This interview process would be conducted in an open meeting and or in executive session. The building has been sold and they have to be out by 17th of November. The store is having a complete liquidation sale. Everything has to go! They have lots of good deals. Vendors are welcome. All the large items have to go also. Refrigerator, washer dryer clothes racks, display racks, etc. Hours are 9am. to 1pm. Monday thru Saturday. The store is located behind Silly Al's Pizza.
