(QIA) is in conjunction with the Antique Outboard Motor Club's classic motor display March 11th & 12th. Come one, come all. No entry charge to spectators. Vendors are welcome. There will be juicy burgers, superb hot dogs, tasty rolls and donuts and other goodies. This show is for the public to have a chance of selling their unwanted boat and motor, buy a unit or just take a look at restored or original boats and motors that will surely bring back memories of past years. There will be twenty acres of po- tential display area and collectors from San Diego, Tucson, Phoenix, Havasu City and the surrounding area have been invited. There will be dry camping on site Friday, Sat- urday and Sunday nights for $10 per night. Sales sites are $10 ea while display sites are free. (A site can show two boats.) The QIA is located at 235 Ironwood St. paralleling Main St. Watch for the outboard motors with Arrows. Hours are from 10 A to 5P. Want to participate? Bring your old mo- tor and/or boat. Local quality meat packages offered each draw- ing. Finger food and drink specials will also be served. COME JOIN THE FUN and opportunity to take home some delicious food. Saturday, March 4 the VFW Aux- iliary will be having a CAR WASH in the Post parking lot 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. BRING YOUR VEHICLE AND OUR TEAM WILL WASH IT FOR YOU! We are ask- ing for a donation of $5.00 for cars and $6.00 for pickups. WHILE YOU WAIT, check out the Bake Sale goods donated by members. YUM, GOOD DELICIOUS GOOD- IES to take home with you for very reasonable donations. ALSO BE- ING SERVED will be hamburgers $6.00 donation and large ¼ lb. hot dogs $4.00 donation both include French fries. All this is a fund raiser for our Cancer fund and other VFW pro- grams. Our Auxiliary President will also be asking for donations to purchase white goods including t- shirts, underwear and socks; bras, underwear and socks for women as well as pajamas for both men and women. These items will then be taken to the Prescott VA Veteran patients. She is also requesting any good used clothing is needed to help the homeless Veterans and families. Many of them have no clothes suitable in their pursuit of employment. This is for our Hos- pital program. Saturday, March 11 at 11:00 a.m. the VFW Auxiliary will be having a Memorial Service for our Auxiliary Sister, Winifred Fullhart, whom God called home on February 14 at the young age of 101 years and 10 months. She served as an offi cer of the Auxiliary until she was 101. Join us in remembering this very special lady! Following the Memorial Service, a PICNIC ON THE PATIO will be held serving chicken and trim- mings including 2 beers or sodas for a requested donation of $10.00. We will also have Music for your listening pleasure while you enjoy the meal.
