Hayter usually visits two to three respective Chamber members on a monthly basis to see how they are enjoying their membership and what their business would like to see from the Chamber at future events. "I view everyone as a business and personal prospect and ask them how I can help them with their business. If people know you care about them and their success, they are more likely to use you."
