I have heard and been asked that question quite often in my 93 years on this earth. There is a lot that is wrong in our world today. It was not meant to be that way. When God cre- ated the world, it was good. He said so. Then came sin. Since sin entered the pic- ture, the world has been on a steady downfall. who walked the earth doing good to all. Then you hear that he died on a cross as payment for ALL the sin in the world. We only had to accept Him. So you stop and think. What choice do you make? The price is already paid. Do you accept the free gift of salvation? Then God provided a way for us. Not a way to get out of this world of sin, but a way to have eternal life in a world without sin when it is time for us to leave this world behind. God found it necessary to take on a physical body and walk among men and when He came the name of Jesus was appointed unto Him.
