The shop and classes will be- gin on Monday November 7. Some Classes/shops may not be available on that Monday due to a lack of foremen or instructors. Renewals will be accepted at any meeting or in the offi ce from 9-12 Monday thru Wednesday and on Fri- day. New memberships are available at any meeting or at the orientations on Thursday mornings. AWC offers Photography class Quartzsite Senior Center updates: Every Tuesday the Quartzsite Quilters meet at 8:30am. Every 2nd Tuesday of the month, the Quartzsite Senior Center Board meets. On the 1st & 3rd Thursdays, the Art Guild meets at 6:30pm. BINGO is on Friday nights w/deli. Doors open at 5:00pm. Every third Thursday WIC is at the Senior Center at 10:00am. The Q Mountain HOA meets 2:00pm. Beginning in November, BINGO will be every Wednesday & Satur- day. Doors Open 5:00pm Deli at 5:30pm. The Senior Center will be CLOSED on November 7th & 8th for Voting Set up and Election. Beginning in November, Tuesdays DANCE "Band N Brenda" 7:00- 10:30pm. Friday November 11, 18, & 25 is DANCE with "Skyhawk." November 9th, Q Mountain HOA meeting. Nov. 16 is a Food Han- dlers Classes 10:00am & 2:00pm. Nov. 18th is a "Craft Sale" w/ Deli 9:00am-1:00pm. Nov. 19 is our Garage Sale 8:00am-1:00pm with Breakfast serving 7:30-9:00am. November - Every Monday & Thursday POKER 6:00 -10:00pm Senior Moments Quartzsite Community Thrift Store is now on Winter Hours. We are now open six days a week; Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. They want to send a huge thank you to the volunteers who worked through the hot summer months. Thank you to all of our customers who shopped and donated to keep the store busy through the summer. They were able to donate to Friends of Quartzsite Food Bank and Senior Cen- ter this month. We are looking for- ward to our busy winter season. Come shop with us and we can always use donations. If you have anything they can use and need to have it picked up, please call Jini at (928) 927-6039 or reach her via cell phone at (928) 916- 7338. They will gladly come and get anything that is usable for the store. The store is located behind Silly Al's Pizza, off W. Main Street, Quartzsite.
