9 Special Edition Chi Zetagram Some are intended to provide additional amenities and to support upperclassmen who we hope will live in the house until graduation. RESIDENT DIRECTOR SUITE The benefit of mature guidance in-house is another lesson learned. We are providing a live-in suite for a resident director on the second floor, with its own bath and small kitchenette. DEDICATED STUDY AND MEETING SPACES Our undergraduate members' first priority must be education, and the new house is designed to best support that. In addition to the formal front study and libraries, a large dedicated study hall and projects room is provided on the lower level. Separated from the living areas, this quiet space will be outfitted to provide support for study and related needs, including larger-scale class projects. SOCIAL AND EXERCISE AREAS On the lower level are a gathering and party room, and an exercise/ weight room. The social room opens out to the lower basketball court and patio we hope to provide, and also to the indoor parking area. That way it can be expanded for special occasions, like Homecoming. Take a look at the renderings and you'll see many more details and features, all of them exciting! And please share your thoughts and reactions with us by sending us an email at: news@chizeta.com. We couldn't be more excited or proud of the design for our new home, and hope that you are too. Second Floor Third Floor
