Victim was at her residence when Sotello arrived home Court Round-up Volunteers sought extremely angry and intoxicated. Sotello obtained a handgun and pressed it against victim's body while threatening to kill her. Sotello then fired off a round into the backyard before leaving the residence. • Pablo Yesai Mora was sentenced to six years in state prison for possession for sale of a controlled substance, special allega- tion-excessive quantity. An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Mora. When the officer's K-9 alerted on the vehicle, a search was conducted. Inside a hidden compartment officers located several packages of heroin. • Mark Steven Autry was sentenced to four years in state prison for failure to register: prior 290 conviction, special allega- tion-prior felony. Autry is a convicted sex offender who failed to update his reg- istration with his current contact information. • Kari April Beatty was sentenced to two years in state prison for theft. Beatty was originally granted formal probation. She violated her probation when she tested positive for methamphetamine and marijuana. • Robert Joseph Cassidy was sentenced to two years in state prison for failure to appear on own recognizance; possession of a controlled substance. Kuss was released from custody on bail and failed to appear in court as ordered. was headed towards the Los Molinos area on Highway 99. When Huhes reached Los Molinos he came to a stop on the side of the road. The officers attempted to conduct a felony traffic stop at which point Hughes accelerated in reverse, almost hitting one of the officers. He proceeded to drive recklessly until a spike strip was deployed and the vehicle was disabled. Hughes was arrested and taken into custody. • Sheryl Lynne Cadotte was sentenced to 16 months in state prison for harboring a fugitive. Cadotte was originally granted formal probation. She violated her probation when officers conducted a probation search and located hydrocodone and oxycodone pills in Cadotte's residence. Cadotte also tested positive for methamphetamine and marijuana. Recent County Jail Commitments • Manuel Lopez was sentenced to 180 days in Tehama Coun- ty Jail for possession of an assault weapon. An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Lopez. The officer's K-9 alerted on the vehicle and a search was conducted. Inside the truck officers located an assault rifle hid- den inside the spare tire compartment. • Leonid Mendoza Gill and Roberto Barajas Jr., tenced to 120 days each in Tehama County Jail for (NCR82683)Gill; PC182-conspiracy to possess less than 30 Grams of concentrated cannabis; (NCR82682)Barajas-HS11358- cultivating marijuana. Investigators conducted a search of a property belonging to Barajas. On the property investigators located three separate mar- ijuana grows as well as several pounds of marijuana that had been processed and packaged. • Sandra Dawn Cox was sentenced to 90 days in Tehama County Jail for bring drugs into a jail. Cox was arrested and taken into custody on another matter. While Cox was being processed inside the jail an officer located Valium pills and methamphetamine hidden on her person. • Kevin Eugene Talley was sentenced to 60 days in Tehama County Jail for driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs-four prior convictions. Talley was originally granted formal probation. He violated his probation when he tested positive for methamphetamine and con- sumed alcohol. were sen- • Jennifer Marie Neff was sentenced to 60 days in Tehama County Jail for petty theft with a prior.
