After Will was invited to join Beta Theta Pi, he found that being involved in the Fraternity would not only be beneficial to his college experience, but it would affect him for many years to come. "Beta furnishes a great place to learn about friendships, financial matters, working in a team organization setting, and getting colleagues to pull in the same direction," Will says. "I feel like I gained a lot of experience learning how to balance different areas like scholarship, sports, social, and leadership opportunities." Now, Will has found that this experience is helpful in his career as an attorney. He works with seven attorneys at Jordan, Cresswell, Monk & Reber and primarily deals with estate planning and probate matters. Will was honored to serve as president during his college days and has stayed involved with Beta as an alumnus, previously serving on the Texas Beta Student Aid Fund alumni board, and now helping to restart the Chapter. "The current effort to restart the Chapter has been a rewarding experience. I am impressed with the direction Beta is going nationally with the Men of Principle effort, encouraging and requiring new levels of maturity, responsibility, and educational focus," Will says.
