Fraternity and sorority chapter houses will be included as on-campus housing if the facilities meet certain standards developed by the Univer- sity. e new eta Delta Chapter House will meet all the standards and become the premier facility in the Greek community at e Ohio State University. Additionally, Ohio State contin- ues to build new, state-of-the-art residence halls. eta Delta must be able to compete with the abundance of housing opportunities on campus. Given these immediate needs, we are proud to announce A Return to Principles: e Campaign for eta Delta. Early commitments from gener- ous alumni and friends total more than $2 mil- lion. We are proud of this incredible start to the next chapter in eta Delta's history.
