SpeCial eDition Campaign announCement iSSue What are your thoughts on the new OSU Beta house being constructed? I'm extremely excited about it! In this past recruitment sea- son, we started to feel the limitations of not having a house. is will finally give us something to call home and it is really important in the whole fraternal experience. What will prevent the Chapter from going into a relapse? I'm confident we will not relapse into a problematic Chap- ter again. We've set up a strict framework with polices on grades and behavior. Most importantly, we aren't afraid to take action to ensure those policies and rules are followed. We recognize what issues there were with the last Chapter and are constantly taking steps to make sure that doesn't happen again. We've logged over 500 community service hours, are ranked sixth academically in IFC, and our mem- bers are taking on more leadership positions within OSU. How do you feel about the future of Theta Delta? By the time I graduate, I know we will have the framework 100% complete for building an ideal Fraternity. We have a lot at stake since all of us have committed so much time and effort. As refounding fathers, we want to stay involved aer graduation to ensure our Chapter's continued suc- cess. I've noticed that the other organizations are already starting to respect us a lot. Sororities always want to partic- ipate with us in events and study tables, and the other un- dergraduates see that. A new house will really allow us to strengthen our group and to recruit high-quality men. I'm extremely excited about the new house plans and I know we will really set the bar at Ohio State. is is the final piece of the puzzle that will allow us to grow into the best Fraternity at Ohio State.
