April 4, 2012 QPD Arrest Report 3-17: Jennifer Doud, age 26, of Quartzsite, and David Workman, age 58, of Quartzsite, were both arrested and booked into La Paz County Jail. Doud is charged with Aggravated Assault per Domestic Violence. Workman was charged with Assault per Domestic Violence, and Disorderly Conduct. Workman also had two outstanding war- rants and was charged with Failure to Appear, and Failure to Comply with a Court Order. 3-18: Mark Mordo Mutar, age 33, of Goleta, CA, was cited and released for Excessive Speed. 3-18: Joseph A. Nicksic, age 35, of Mesa, AZ, was cited and released for Driving Against License Restriction. 3-18: Allison Shaw Raymond, age 19, of San Di- ego, CA, was cited and released for Excessive Speed. 3-19: David Lewis Baldridge, age 56, of Lake Havasu City, was arrested and booked into the La Paz County Jail for Driving Under the Infl uence of Alcohol Above .08. 3-23: Ronaldo A Linares-Garcia, age 42, of Mesa, AZ, was cited and released for Driving on a Suspended License, No Registration in Vehicle, Inoperable Windshield Wipers (Commercial Ve- hicle), Power Steering Leaks (Commercial Vehicle), Driving with Bald Tires (Commercial Vehicle). The vehicle was impounded. 3-24: Sergio Cossio Jr., age 18, of Quartzsite, was arrested and booked into the La Paz County Jail for Sexual Assault, Sexual Contact with a Minor, and Molestation of a Child.
