Despite already making a pledge, Robin is stepping forward once again in honor of her daughter, Mason '15, who pledged Gamma Phi this fall. Robin has agreed to match every new dollar donated to the campaign, up to $100,000, between now and December 31, 2015. The campaign stands to gain $200,000 ($100,000 in new gifts matched by $100,000 from Robin) and even exceed our $1.4 million goal! The campaign board could not be more thankful for this generous support and hopes that all sisters will take advantage of this once-in-a-generation opportunity. Any money raised above the $1.4 million will go toward the debt remaining on the chapter house, specifically the mortgage. In order to place our chapter in the best financial position possible, it is essential we reduce our debt and do not leave this burden upon the shoulders of our undergraduate members. HELP US INCREASE PARTICIPATION! Although we are excelling in dollars raised and are so thankful for the generous support so far, we are lacking in alumnae participation. The average participation among Greek campaigns is 25%. To date, 289, or 12% of our membership, has made a commitment. Are you among the 1,930 active alumnae whose name is not yet on our donor list? If so, don't delay! We need participation from every Gamma Phi sister to meet and surpass our new goal. Let's bring honor and glory to Theta by claiming an even higher number of alumnae supporting the project. I hope you will consider submitting a gift using the enclosed envelope or by visiting http://katgammaphi.kintera.org/donate. It is truly a humbling and amazing feeling to receive donations from alumnae across the country and from all generations who continue to generously support Gamma Phi. There are many opportunities to give of your financial resources, so we understand the significance of your decision to give back to Kappa Alpha Theta. Thank you, again, and we hope fond memories of great friends and wonderful experiences encourage all our alumnae to give.
