Major fields covered throughout the workshop included the revision of our chapter mission, ways to improve recruitment, accountability, and alumni relations. Beta Rho Growth Chapter Mission The Mission of the Beta Rho Chapter of Sigma Chi is to cultivate a strong, lifelong, Brotherhood amongst members, promote accountability within the chapter, have a positive impact upon our community of Bozeman, Montana, and to maintain a culture of responsibility where the good of the Beta Rho Brotherhood is placed first in all personal and organizational decision making. B eta Rho is proud to carry on the memory of Brother Karston Waarvik '15, who tragically entered Chapter Eternal due to a car accident in 2012. Thank you to Karen Waarvik for continuing the tradition of honoring her son and the Beta Rho Chapter by presenting a brother with an award in Karston's remembrance. Congratulations to Spencer Dahl '15, the recipient of the scholarship in Brother Waarvik's name. Beta Rho is in the process of constructing a memorial to commemorate Brother Waarvik, a Sigma Chi whose name will always hang honorably on the walls of Beta Rho. Karen Waarvik and Spencer Dahl '15 honor Karston Waarvik. Honoring a BrotHer W e would like to thank the alumni who contributed to previous house improvements. We still need funds for alumni communication, house maintenance and renovations, and other important projects at the Beta Rho house. To make your gi, simply fill out the form and mail it and a check to the address below. Also, please pay your alumni membership dues to continue to fund the Bobcat Sig and other alumni activities.
