Police arrested 19-year- old Emmanuel Jesus Rangel on suspicion of first degree murder. The other victims were Puhar's boyfriend, Jona- than Alvarado, 23, and Jusmar Gonzaga-Garcia, 21. The victims were found by a friend, a er receiv- ing a call from someone who heard gunshots at the home.
