Thank you. THE DRAGON'S WAGON OUR MYSTIC SHRINE Laurence H. Pate '50 entered Our Mystic Shrine on October 6, 2012. He is survived by his wife Jo; children: Steven, Michael, and Judi; and two grandsons, Jim and Andrew. "The Beta alumni whom we have known since college days, have been very supportive of me; old friends like Ralph Lee '50, Ned Legg '50, and Bob Klien '51. Larry was proud of his Beta friends, and would have been pleased that the association is once again on campus," says his wife, Jo. Dana E. Sebald '51 entered Our Mystic Shrine on December 11, 2013. He loved gardening and animals, and had deep roots at the farm. Dana loved water and was blessed to have spent most of his life on the North Chain of Lakes in Coldwater. He was also a faithful member of the Coldwater United Methodist Church where he had perfect attendance for many years. Dana is survived by his wife of 54 years, Marjorie, daughter, Janna, and countless family and friends. John N. Bissinger '55 entered Our Mystic Shrine on February 16, 2014. He worked in many different capacities as an accountant from 1955 to 2012. John was a master bridge player and was active with his bridge club at the Lansing Bridge Center. He was also a member of the Lion's Club and the 3-5 Brotherhood. When not working, John enjoyed spending time at Pine Lake, outside Plainwell, Mich., with his dear friend, Ann. Alfred G. Benker '56 entered Our Mystic Shrine on December 24, 2013. He was a resident of Allen Park, Mich. Dean R. Taylor, M.D. '59 entered Our Mystic Shrine November 19, 2011. Throughout the years, he pursued many interests, including swimming, horseback riding, kayaking, dog obedience training, and big game hunting in Colorado and northern Australia.
