Long Jr. '49 entered Chapter Eternal on January 12, 2014, at The Gardens of Richardson. Bill was proud of his career with Ford and enjoyed a handshake with Ford President & CEO Alan Mullaly on his visit to Prestige Ford Dealership in Garland, Texas. He was a gentleman in every sense of the word and was an enthusiastic participant in his family, church, employer and the several organizations he served. Robert C. McFerron '72 entered Chapter Eternal on January 30, 2014. He and his wife, Ann, were married for 33 years and raised two sons, Brok and Ben, near Baltimore, Md. After moving west for a few years, Rob fell in love again and married Shirley; they moved to Vernal, Utah. Robert was a very hard worker and focused his efforts in human resources almost all his life. Most recently, he loved his role as human resources director for Deserado Mine in Rangely, Colo. Rob was a family man, a karaoke enthusiast, and a constant entertainer. There's nothing he enjoyed more than seeing a smile on people's faces. ALUMNI UPDATE Jim L. Anderson '54 is a retired adjunct professor from the School of Hotel & Restaurant Administration at Oklahoma State University. He enjoys life in Stillwater, Okla. with his wife, Jane. He was a pilot for the Atlantic Southeast Airliner and was chief pilot for nine years with the ASA. E-mail: golf4mcg@valornet.com Alexander Croci '81 retired from his federal law enforcement career in 2013 and has since been shopping, working out at the gym, playing with his toys, and looking for a retirement gig. He works for Armstrong World Industries Inc. He is a board certified occupational health and safety technologist.
