Lessons At Shelby City Park Lessons At Shelby City Park It's summertime and fun time at the Shelby City Park. The park offers lessons for beginners and there are nothing but compli- ments from parents about the teaching programs. Comments like "It's top notch" and "Nothing but quality lessons for my kids" are typical. One mother said she had tried other programs for her kids, but the ones at Shelby City Park were "absolutely the best!". Also,"I like the atmosphere and they do a great job!" Instructor Lydia Eaker teaches four year old Brody how to swim in the "one on one program".
