Michigan Gamma Chapter Undergraduates Excited for Spring Events T he spring semester is off to a strong start for Michigan Gamma. We've completed another successful recruitment week, initiating 28 new young men into their new member term. We look forward to the upcoming term with these gentlemen and hope that all of them will continue to exemplify the True Gentleman and become brothers at the end of their term. We are getting excited to move back into the house this coming fall. We are very grateful for all of the support that our alumni have given us for the house and over these last two years especially. For our chapter's Founders' Day on February 27, we invited all brothers to Harrison Roadhouse for burgers and reconnected with alumni and undergraduate brothers. On April 19 we will host our 2nd annual golf outing at Hawk Hollow in Bath, Michigan, at 10 a.m. It is an 18 hole, four-man scramble with a shotgun start. If you do not have a full foursome, we will pair you up with other brothers to make a full team. There will be longest drive, longest putt, and closest to the pin competitions. There will be many great prizes this year for the winners of those events and the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams in the scramble. Once all golfers have finished, we will host a luncheon across the street at Eagle Eye. You can see more details and costs on page 5. Prices include the greens fee and luncheon, which will be a barbecue style offering with many options for all diets. Hole sponsorships are also available: Hole Sponsorship: $100 Hole Sponsorship (with sign): $125 Green Sponsorship (with sign): $150 An RSVP form can be found on the michiganstatesae.org website, under the Alumni tab. Please send these to the address on the form by April 1 with a check or money order and make all forms of payment out to Sigma Alpha Epsilon-Michigan Gamma. If you will be paying in cash, please contact me at alumni@michiganstatesae.org. Hole and green sponsorships can be confirmed at the same e-mail address. We look forward to seeing you for golf this spring and as we return to the chapter house this fall. Please plan a visit and stop by to see us at any time.
