Social media is creating an amazing outlet for people to explore their jewelry desires. Pinterest boards, Facebook, blogs and Instagram seem to be getting soon-to-be brides more and more creative. It's so exciting to see women AND men getting excited about bridal jewelry. What was the hottest trend in bridal jewelry in 2013? Vintage – a style that not only feels like an heirloom but when passed down will be timeless and continue to carry that old world charm with a modern feel to it What is one bridal trend you'd happily say goodbye to? Halo. Right now I am really into seeing the center stone as the focal point with accents and/or detail work on the shank or sides of the stone. And what are brides asking for in 2014? Different types of stones: sapphires, opaque diamonds, a mix of white diamond and color stones. Or using their grandmother's stones! Also custom work. Describe your signature look. Definitely the vintage meets modern…romantic and feminine details blended with clean lines. Kalee Sholdt Sholdt Design sholdtdesign.com Pratima Sethi Sethi Couture sethicouture.com
