Lambda Chi Alpha 2 Undergraduates Grateful for Alumni Support T hese last months at the Alpha-Phi Zeta house have been exciting ones. We have been focusing our efforts on academics, recruitment, and alumni involvement. AlphaPhi Zeta boasts a chapter G.P.A. of 3.0, an improvement from the 2.98 G.P.A. last semester. Our success in this category is due to the effort of High Sigma Tyler Evans, AF1641, and his implementation of study hall hours for the members. We look forward to keeping this positive momentum going. Successful Recruitment Recruitment went very well this year, and we pinned a select group of 42 associate members. Thank you to all alumni who contributed recommendations. In addition to the alumni efforts, our success is directly attributable to the Deltas: Will Kennedy, AF1659, Joshua Self, AF1668, and Johnny Simpson, AF1657, who worked incredibly hard all spring and summer. Phi Zeta. We are already beginning to work on the 100th anniversary, which will to take place in 2017. It is our hope that many alumni who have lost contact with the Chapter will join us for this occasion. Foyer and Founders' Room Remodel Several changes were made to the Chapter House this year. Alumni generously contributed funds to remodel the foyer and Founders' room and both spaces look incredible. These remodeled spaces, complete with new furniture, give Alpha-Phi Zeta unofficial bragging rights of having the finest interior of any chapter house on campus. The undergraduates extend our deepest gratitude to those who gave to the project. I hope that you will drop by this semester to see the changes. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
