O
ur young men are recognized as one of the strongest
Greek organizations at the University of Alabama.
They have worked hard in academics and recruitment,
surpassing goals in each area. We look forward to educating
the 42 new associate members and developing them into
fully contributing brothers in our bond. The Chapter numbers
have grown more than 20%, leaving our membership 117
men strong.
We've previously discussed the need to aggressively work
to ensure our facilities are top notch and support our men
in their effort to grow our traditions and continue to build
the contribution that our Chapter makes at The Capstone.
This summer was no exception as we performed significant
maintenance, including: repainting our front columns and
external doors, repairing and repainting our deck, and
pressure-washing our entire exterior. New patio furniture
was added and new speakers are being installed in our band
room. Alumni contributions were key in enabling our efforts
to refurnish and redecorate our front foyer/living room and
our Founders' Room. In addition, new lighting was added in
our foyer and dining areas to further brighten our facilities.
Brothers gathered to watch the first home football game
at the Chapter House in our updated living room.
Thank you to all who have continued your faithful support to
the Chapter. Your House Corporation pledges to be faithful
stewards of your generous contributions. While these gifts to
the House Corporation are not tax deductible, we appreciate
your generosity.
Your Chapter has been successful in achieving their lofty
goals to grow the membership and improve academic
performance. I'm confident that they have the resources,
drive, and ambition to further build our brotherhood at the
University of Alabama and deliver strong leaders out into
society. I'm honored to support them, and I trust that you will
join me in helping them succeed.
Fraternally Yours in Z.A.X.,
