Please stay hydrat- ed and when local temperatures are above 100 degrees, we will provide water. We are thankful that we have an air-conditioned building for our shoppers and our volunteers. I am amazed at the awesomeness of our donations. We have a beautiful, signed watercolor by artist Elaine Hill. A gallery label is attached and was priced at $250.00. Our price is much lower and a real must see. Our children's clothing racks are stocked with very nice summer clothes for the kiddos. Our bed linen racks are very full. We have lots of hanging unmea- sured fabric ready for your sewing/craft needs. We have a beautiful lacy beaded size 12 wedding dress with veil, etc. We have lots of clear glassware for those crafty creative summer projects. Also have several packs of large canvas. The list goes on. Come see all the new things we put out each day. I am always saying, "We are not a warehouse." The items are all priced to sell. See you soon. We are continuing to fundraise for Quartzsite Fire Captain Spencer Hess and his cancer fight. We have an awesome Liberty Electric Three Wheeled Trike that was donated by a fellow firefighter cancer patient. Blessing to them both. The bike proceeds are all dedicated to Captain Hess. Come see this electric bike. We also have a few remaining fireman themed tee-shirts, too. Come support our own re- sponder that needs our outreach. We so appreciate your donations that area brought to us. Some days we can only take smaller loads as we have few- er volunteers during the summer. We have limited space and our amazing summer volunteers process as quickly as they can. Our motto for what we take, "Would you give it to a friend?" We do not accept mattresses, large fatback televisions, printers, broken appli- ances, books that have gotten wet, and tire chains. We receive and sort items inside on the porch area. We ask you to take items out of boxes, bags, tubs, etc. so they can be quickly sorted and sent to the back of the store for processing. Clothing can be brought in on hangers if that works for you. PLEASE do not leave items outside of the store before or after shopping hours. Call if special arrangements are needed. Thanks. We are thankful for several folks that are bringing in flattened out bags for Clerk Holly. This is very much appre- ciated. We also have small at home tasks. Have an extra hour or two, we always have tasks that can be com- peted on a drop in basis, too. Ask if you can help us. THANKS so much. Please watch our postings on Face- book for weekly sales and announce- ments. I try and post on our Salva- tion Army Thrift Store Group, as well as Quartzsite Chatter, What's Up Quartzsite Arizona Group and Quartzsite Shop Local Groups. We do accept credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Wal- let. We cannot process American Ex- press transactions. Please continue to donate your un- needed eyeglasses, computer ink car- tridges, cell phones, as well as outdated prescription medications. We recycle all to the appropriate agencies. We do accept food items as well as pet food. Don't forget our adult and child dia- per program is always available. This is a monthly program with a simple sign-up procedure. Please ask. We also have a large assortment of medical devices that are available on a loan-out basis with a refundable deposit upon the item being returned in the same condition. We continue to have free shoes, socks, books, and miscellaneous items out front of the store and a free clothing rack and food available inside each day. Please understand that our build- ing has no windows, no air exchange ventilation, our aisles are tight, and we have many senior volunteers with health concerns. We are asking for personal space of six feet (cam- el length) and have face coverings available if you would like.
