These organizations often collaborate with local communities, businesses, and volunteers to gather and distribute nutritious food to families facing food insecurity. For families with children, access to a reliable food source is vital for their health, well- being, and ability to thrive. Food banks not only offer immedi- ate relief but also contribute to long- term solutions by advocating for pol- icies that address the root causes of hunger. Through their efforts, Food banks ensure that families, especial- ly those with children, have access to the nourishment they need to lead healthy and fulfi lling lives. We are located at 40 N Moon Moun- tain Ave, in Quartzsite. Our current hours of operations are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7 am to 11. Please remember to bring a picture ID when signing up for assistance. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our supporters and hard-work- ing volunteers.
