Spring 2024 ALPHA OMEGAN the U nlike the university's poor football team, Alpha Omega Chapter is as strong as ever! The undergraduate brotherhood consisted of 230 members at the end of 2023. We are consistently impressed by the Chapter's recruitment success and are excited to see what good these exceptional young men will do in the future. The Kids Are All Right Last fall, Worthy Master JT Story '20 organized Alpha Omega's second Casino Night philanthropy, an event we hope will become a new tradition. It was a huge success and raised more than $57,000, beating the 2022 record of $45,000. The money was donated to cancer center AdventHealth Foundation in Orlando in honor of the help Brother Ellis Flemming '19 received from them. I am confident new WM, Wyatt Williams '21, can break our fundraising record again in 2024. JT and Exchequer Brennen Gil '20 also had their hands full changing the Chapter's billing company from OmegaFi to Greekbill. We offer them our sincere thanks and appreciation, as the transfer was far from seamless. What's New at the Chapter House One of our priorities in recent years has been to improve the food quality at the Tau Mansion. The undergraduates ended the fall semester with a steak and crab legs night. (The food was good when I was in the house, but surf and turf was never on the menu!) We tip our hats to House Director Molly McCann and Jay and I'Eshia for the great meals. While conducting some routine maintenance on the house, we discovered a major problem with the A/C. The issue was solved when we found a large leak in the underground piping. Additionally, the composites in need of restoration are '59, '84, '90, '91, '98, '99, and '00. We are looking for any brothers who would like to contribute to the repairs. Thank You! As a fraternity, we have been blessed with strong leadership from the undergraduates and many alumni. If you haven't heard it recently, please accept our thanks! We hope to see you on campus very soon. LAMB.
