"They met at the fire station for the lessons, and I had to make goodies for them at break time." Dr. Pressman, a doctor in town at the time, used to joke, "Can you imagine when you call for an ambulance and an old hearse pulls up, what they must have thought!" In Bob's later years, he helped form the Englewood Moose Lodge, was one of the founders of Englewood Hospital, and was a part of many civic organizations, including the Mooseheart Orphanage, which is still flourishing today. Nancy followed in her father's footsteps by being involved in several Englewood organi- zations, including being active today with the Lemon Bay Historical Society. Bob Scott's old Scott Outboard and U-Rent- It building still stands at 345 W. Dearborn St., just west of Pioneer Plaza. It's the home of Rehab on Dearborn Vintage Gallery.
