So much has been accomplished, yet we still yearn for more. One of our main goals this year is to win the Condon Cup award for the most improved FIJI house; I firmly believe we can do so. This was our first year implementing the new Built to Lead program. Built to Lead is Phi Gamma Delta's multi-level development experience that begins on day one of affiliation and extends throughout the undergraduate experience. We are one of the few FIJI chapters across the nation pioneering this new program, which focuses on building and strengthening skills necessary for courageous leadership. This year, our Brothers dove deep into the history and legacy of our fraternity while also taking part in many workshops covering topics such as financial literacy, résumé building, study skills, and college success. Pi Deuteron initiated 26 new Brothers into our Chapter in the fall, and we are now working hard to build our next freshman class, which will carry on traditions we hold so dear. Our Brothers are involved in campus clubs and organizations, including KU's Accounting Fraternity, the Young Life Organization, investing club, marketing club, sports management club, Jayhawk Motorsport clubs, Ducks Unlimited club, and the lacrosse and tennis teams. As a Chapter, we also hosted a carwash fundraiser for the nonprofit Watts of Love. It was a tremendous success and one we plan to replicate next year. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Graduate Brothers who visited this year. In the interest of furthering alumni relations, please accept our invitation to come back and visit 1540 Louisiana at any time! Finally, I would like to express our Chapter's gratitude for the exceptional support we receive and for our outstanding Chapter Advisors, Graduate Trustees, and House Corporation, who help us carry on Phi Gamma Delta's long-standing legacy. Fraternally, Shawn McClaren '25 Pi Deuteron President Perge! Sophomore brothers and their dates enjoy the Purple Garter Winter Formal. The newly voted-in cabinet is ready to lead the Chapter forward.
