This documentary takes a closer look at the na- tional tree of Scotland and shows how this long-lived spe- cies provides a habitat for other flora and fauna. Amsterdam HBO 7 p.m. Set in the '30s, this drama film from David O. Russell follows three friends who witness a murder, become suspects themselves, and uncover one of the most outrageous plots in American history. Christian Bale, Margot Robbie and John David Washington star. Thursday The Man From U.N.C.L.E. HBO 7 p.m. Henry Cavill ("The Witcher") plays a suave CIA spy in this 2015 action film directed by Guy Ritchie. Set at the height of the Cold War, the story focuses on the spies who set out to stop a criminal organization from upsetting the balance of power. CSI: Vegas (5) KFSM 9 p.m. Maxine Roby (Paula New- some) leads her brilliant team of crime scene investigators as they use forensics to solve an- other crime in this episode. Set in Sin City, the series also stars Marg Helgenberger, Matt Lauria and Mandeep Dhillon. Friday The Godfather, Coda: The Death of Michael Corleone AMC 8 a.m. Francis Ford Coppo- la's re-cut of "The Godfather Part III" kicks off AMC's Godfather marathon. The three films air back-to-back (albeit slightly out of order) with the 2020 di- rector's cut leading into the original 1972 film, followed by its 1974 sequel. Weakest Link BRAVO 10 p.m. Host Jane Lynch leads eight strangers as they test their rap- id-fire trivia knowledge in this series reboot. Only one cham- pion is left standing to take home up to $1 million and es- cape hearing the famous last words, "You are the weakest link. Goodbye." Saturday Guy's Ranch Kitchen FOOD 11 a.m. Guy Fieri's looking for some sweet and sour bites as Chef Rocco DiSpirito makes a deli- cious Maine Lobster Peperona- ta, Chef Aaron May hits the right note with Key Lime Pisco Sours and Hunter Fieri stuns with some Sweet 'N Sour Chicken Wings. The Magnificent Seven A&E 7 p.m. Desperate townspeople hire a group of seven mercenaries to battle a greedy industrialist (Peter Sarsgaard) and his ruth- less henchmen in the Old West in this star-studded Western. Denzel Washington, Chris Pratt, Ethan Hawke and Vin- cent D'Onofrio star. Cold Pursuit HBO 7 p.m. Liam Neeson plays a grieving snowplow driver who is out for revenge in this 2019 thriller. His search for the truth about his son's death sets off a chain of events and a deadly turf war, as he sets his sights on a drug lord and his henchmen. Sunday The Accountant TNT 6:30 p.m. Christian Wolff (Ben Affleck) is a mathematics savant with more affinity for numbers than people. Using a small-town CPA office as a cover, he makes his living as a freelance accoun- tant for dangerous criminal or- ganizations. J.K. Simmons co- stars. Finding Nemo (29) KHOG (40) KHBS 7 p.m. When life gets you down, you know what you gotta do? Just keep swimming. A family fa- vorite, this animated film tells the story of a clown fish's jour- ney to find his missing son. El- len DeGeneres is the voice of Dory, a blue reef fish with a short memory. Monday Fantasy Island (24) KFTA 7 p.m. This drama series' second sea- son continues with a new epi- sode. Roselyn Sanchez stars as Elena Roarke, who welcomes guests to the mysterious island resort and ensures each one de- parts feeling enlightened, transformed. John Gabriel Ro- driquez co-stars. Bob Hearts Abishola (5) KFSM 7:30 p.m. Bob (Robert Wheeler) and Abishola (Folake Olowo- foyeku) disagree over whether Dele (Travis Wolfe Jr.) is ready for the responsibilities that come with driving. Meanwhile, Douglas (Matt Jones) passes off Christine's (Dorothy Wheeler) ideas as his own. Tuesday Chopped FOOD 7 p.m. The second Casino Royale tournament continues, and four more chefs are ready to take a gamble on the basket in- gredients. In this preliminary battle, something sweet in the first basket prompts more than one chef to try their luck and get a replacement.
