The weekend started on a Friday with a tailgate at the chapter house before heading over to Goss Stadium to watch the Beavers vs. UCLA Bruins baseball game. Saturday began with a barbecue lunch at Trysting Tree Golf Course, followed by an 18-hole, scramble-style golf tournament. The teams consisted of two alumni and two undergraduates. Alumni Gary Long '75-945 and Kevin Nordhill '77-998, along with undergraduate Tony Chinichi '21-2099 and Luke Loiser-Associate Member, took first place in the tournament, scoring 4 under par. After the tournament, we celebrated with trophies for the top teams and a gourmet prime rib dinner prepared by our chef Greg Gilbert '21-2119 – honorary initiate. The weekend was a great success with good alumni turnout. The undergraduates heard stories about the history of our chapter and learned more about what it means to be a ΛXA member for life.
