Florida Alpha In-House Room Reviews W e're back with another room review! A few of our brothers have generously allowed us to take a glimpse into their lives and rooms this fall, and we are happy to report our thoughts. THE PENTHOUSE ROOM: CONNOR GLASS '23 The Penthouse room for the year is exactly what you would assume, a penthouse. Connor's decorations and subtle additions fully bring the room together in a masterful way. From the backlight of the TV to the Steelers flag hanging over it, Connor has created an amazing space to be in any day of the week. THE TIKI ROOM: HESHMAN NAIR '24 AND JASON ALGEO '24 The Tiki Room has a subtle yet calming feel to it. With the comfy couch, sunset lamp, and overall theme they have put together, it has a comfortable setting for whatever you may be doing. From watching sports to just talking with brothers and hanging out, the Tiki Room is always a great place to be. THE JUNGLE: JOSH HELWIG '24 AND GRAHAM OLDERSHAW '24 The Jungle is a staple of the first-floor hallway. From the constant music being played in the room to the frequent Madden games, the Jungle is an amazing place to hang out with brothers. The many posters on the walls fill up the room in a visually appealing mosaic that is further enhanced by the other decorations placed around the room. We added 38 new brothers to the Chapter, surpassing our initial goal of 32 in just three days of recruitment. This could not have been accomplished without Matt Shake '25 and Ian Kelsey '25, who recruited eight new brothers through the Balanced Man Scholarship. The improvements to our recruitment would not have been possible without Austin Wendling '23, Ryan Circelli '24, and our Regional Director and Volunteer Specialist, J.J. Bishop, who assisted me in organizing our recruitment process. I look forward to seeing the new brothers get involved in the Chapter. You can read more about the Sigma Challenge for new members in Austin's article on page 7.
