Alumni Notes Jake Esau '05 is a lead technical success architect for Gtmhub, a Bulgaria- based startup that provides OKR management software. Jake's favorite memory was watching his friends load their arms full of stuff from the lost and found and intentionally falling down the main stairs leading to the classroom from the commons while throwing all of the stuff they had picked up. Ms. Galas caught them in the act, but she couldn't help but laugh! Rachel Wigen- Toccalino '05 is a contract program manager on a Google UX research team. She and her husband, Eder, are expecting their second child in August. Her favorite memory was wandering around Camden Market in London in 2014 with the hopeful feeling that all 10 of the Seabury students she was chaperoning would make it home in one piece. Ashley Woolsey Zeller '06 is a national mortgage lender with an economics degree and business minor from the University of Kansas. She and her husband, Kyle, have two dogs, Duke and Zara. Zach Silvers '11 is an attorney in Washington, D.C. Zach is engaged to be married this summer to Riane Cretney. His favorite memories were Battle of the Bands, winning IDA at state three times, performing the drowned man at Forensics Night, and The Hobbit. Jordan Lutz Vande Velde '13 graduated with a bachelor's degree in nursing and works at a hospital in Kansas City, caring for mothers and neonates after delivery. She and her husband, Chase, have a daughter (Harper), a son (Elias), and two dogs (Rocko and Rusty). She loved being part of Grease and being coached by Ivo in soccer. Martin Sicilian '13 will likely be a litigator after attending Stanford Law School. He is currently clerking in the Seventh Circuit. His favorite memory: "The time that Mr. Pulsinelli and Dr. Schawang got in a fake dust-up with each other as part of a Headmaster's Holiday announcement." Emma Stilgenbauer '14 majored in zoology with a psychology minor at Ohio Wesleyan University and holds a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Saint Mary. She is engaged and will be eloping sometime this year! Her favorite memory was hanging out in the Senior Lounge, and she really enjoyed the Haunted House. Thomas Westbrook '14 holds a degree in philosophy from Harvard University and is a lawyer. He and his wife, Ailie, have one cat. His favorite memory was the senior Form Trip in Florida. Ellen Almanza '16 graduated from KU with a major in communications and a minor in business. She is working as a permit/ coordinator/builder liaison for a residential builder. Here's what she says about her favorite memories: "So many fond memories! I recall volleyball games, Mr. Gollier singing to Journey, reading literally any book in Mr. Pulsinelli's class, Mr. Ventura surprising everyone with a heavy bench press while wearing a tie and button down, singing 'Seal Lullaby' in Mrs. Lawrence's class, hearing Mrs. Meyers college advice/stories, seeing my brother play Mr. Von Trapp, and watching Mr. Nelson's excitement during Grudge Match." Sadra Germai '16 graduated from the KU Honors Program with a bachelor's degree in neuroscience and from Columbia University with a master's degree in neuroscience and education. She works as a training specialist educating others about the effects of child abuse. One of her favorite things about Seabury: "Making friends that are still part of my life." Regan Zaremba '16 graduated from KSU with a degree in mechanical engineering and a minor in leadership studies and business. She currently works in the administration at Go Chicken Go and just bought her first house. Her favorite memories are all of the laughter in the Senior Lounge, sports practices, hanging out in the gym after lunch, pumpkin carving, and advising time. Cam Budke-Mathis '17 graduated from the Air Force Academy with a degree in history and a minor in Arabic. They are currently getting their master's in nursing at John Hopkins University. Newly married, Cam and Olga have two horses and a cat. Cam's favorite memory was during the ninth-grade class trip when Madison Murphy '17 found her working phone in the lake. Geunhyung Jo '18 is at Penn State University majoring in marketing. Dana Rath '18 graduated with a bachelor's degree in music and minor in art history from the University of Michigan. She will attend graduate school in fall 2022 at Rice University for a master's degree in music. She loved all of her senior year and says that she misses everyone! Thomas diZerega '18 is at KU studying mechanical engineering. His favorite memory was the senior class prank where they covered every inch of Dr. Schawang's office with sticky notes, and then finding a few sticky notes taped to the inside of each of their diplomas at graduation! Hilary Griggs '19 is working toward a bachelor's degree in history with a certificate in energy studies at Yale University. Her favorite memory is winning the state debate championship with Chloe Akers '19 in 2017. Also, every Battle of the Bands. "Shoutout to Oedipus Flex!" Cavan McCabe '19 is double majoring in natural resource tourism and marketing with a minor in entrepreneurship and innovation at Colorado State University. She has a tuxedo cat named Bertha. Her favorite memories were performing in Once Upon a Mattress and winning FBLA in sales presentation. Logan Mathis '20 is currently at Coe College with a double major in psychology and creative writing. Her favorite memory: "Playing darts in the Senior Lounge until we were a disturbance!"
