PREPARE DETAILED OUTCOME ASSESSMENTS OF ALL FRATERNITY PROGRAMS FUNDED BY THE FOUNDATION AND THEIR IMPACT AT THE LOCAL LEVEL Delta Chi Fraternity and Educational Foundation will need to conduct outcome assessments for all programs and scholarships being funded by the Foundation. These assessments should provide empirical data and anecdotal evidence of the effectiveness of the programs. Additionally, many alumni want to know how these programs impact their chapter. This information will be used in cultivation visits and major gift solicitations, and it will allow alumni to personalize the impact of these programs on undergraduate members. The Educational Foundation will also need to conduct a full analysis of the estimated costs involved. Each board member will be asked to personally contact, solicit, and secure
