JaNuaRY 30-febRuaRY 5, 2022 Indulge in some fresh happiness at First Watch S tart off 2022 with new adventures in dining at your neighborhood First Watch restaurant. Kick off your day with a healthy and delicious breakfast, brunch or lunch cooked fresh for you. Every time you visit your neighborhood First Watch (in Fayetteville, Rogers or Bentonville), you'll find a new seasonal menu full of mouth-watering peak-season flavors. These aren't just any ol' breakfast, brunch or lunch dishes, but truly inspired craveable creations crafted by a culinary team that is dedicated to quality. Right now, you can indulge in brand new dishes like the Trailblazer Bowl and the Superseed Protein Pancakes, plus First Watch favorites: the Carnitas Breakfast Burrito and Purple Haze juice. The Trailblazer Bowl blazes a trail to deliciousness. It features hand-pulled roasted turkey, house-roasted sweet potatoes, cage-free scrambled eggs, lemon tahini arugula, fresh avocado with superseed crunch and fresh herbs. The Superseed Protein Pancakes are packed with goodness. Flax, hemp, kasha, pepitas and sunflower seeds are added to their multigrain pancake batter. Served as three mid-sized pancakes topped with fresh sliced bananas, blueberries, maple- almond butter, vanilla Greek yogurt and superseed crunch. Served with warm mixed berry compote. Spice things up with the Carnitas Breakfast Burrito. Featuring pork carnitas, cage-free scrambled eggs, fresh seasoned potatoes, black beans, Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese and fresh avocado. Wrapped in a grilled whole wheat tortilla, covered with tomatillo hollandaise and topped with lime crema, pico de gallo, house-pickled red onion, fresh cilantro and Cotija cheese. And from the Juice Bar, it's Purple Haze—a refreshing and magical blend of lemon, cane sugar, butterfly pea flower tea and a hint of lavender. You can even boost your juice with a wellness shot of Vitamins B3, C & D, Zinc, Echinacea & Elderberry. And of course you can always get First Watch's famous Million Dollar Bacon that's baked with brown sugar, black pepper, cayenne and a maple syrup drizzle. Or, if something sweet is what you're craving, treat yourself to their French Toast—custard-dipped, thick-cut brioche bread topped with whipped butter and powered cinnamon sugar. Or indulge in the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, which, in addition to their humongous size, get fresh, whipped ricotta cheese added to their multigrain batter, and are topped with marinated berries and creamy lemon curd. Talk about fresh! For a healthy indulgence, check out their A.M. Superfoods Bowl, featuring coconut milk chia seed pudding, fresh bananas and berries, mixed berry compote, housemade granola with almonds and their whole grain artisan toast with almond butter and Maldon sea salt. There are so many more inventive and intriguing dishes to explore at First Watch. Corporate Chef Shane Schaibly is always keeping things fun and fresh, farm to fork. Everything here is made from scratch, in house, from their French Toast batter and baked goods to veggies sliced and juices squeezed Fresh. Every. Day. Amanda Lehmann, Director of Operations for the closest First Watch locations (two in Springfield, one in Joplin, one in Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri; and now three in Northwest Arkansas), came to the company three years ago "from what you know as Panera," she says. The hard-working woman in the chef coat can be found cooking, hosting and guiding her staff in best practices at any time in her numerous locations. "Serving people is the best part about working for First Watch," Amanda notes. "I love being in customer service, and having the fresh food focus just feels right. It feels good to me."
