T hank you to everyone who joined the Sigma Nu 2020 Alumni Golf Outing. We had more than 40 alumni and four colony members participate. A few more joined us at dinner. Alumni Update Frank Manwaring (BZ 911) passed on to Chapter Eternal on August 18, 2019, at 82. He and his wife, Mary Ellen, shared 59 years of marriage. Frank was an owner and president of Manwaring Leghorn Farms and was on the board of directors of Farmers State Bank, which he joined in 1988. He was a member of Dutchtown Brethren Church and Mentone United Methodist Church. Frank served as the director of United Egg Producers, American Egg Board, and Camp Mollenhour. He was a member of the Tippecanoe Lake and Country Club and the Venice Golf and Country Club. Frank was awarded the Indiana State Poultry Association Gold Egg Award and served on the Purdue University School of Agriculture Dean Advisory Council. He was a member of the Mentone Masonic Lodge, the Scottish Rite, and Mizpah Shrine of Ft. Wayne. Frank enjoyed golfing, fishing, and being around horses. Robert Allen (BZ 1326) passed on to Chapter Eternal on April 28. Aer retiring from his 28-year career with Eli Lily, he returned to Greencastle where he was active with Gobin Memorial United Methodist Church, Putnam County Community Foundation, the Greencastle Rotary Club, and Keep Indianapolis Beautiful. Alumni News Jerry Enneking (BZ 912) enjoys golfing and skiing in Reno and Lake Tahoe. He and his wife, Roxie, have also enjoyed taking in University of Reno-Nevada sporting events.
