S ince Beta Zeta's refounding in 2017, our beloved chapter has been back on the rise at Purdue by staying true to Sigma Nu's vision: Excelling with Honor. Our undergraduate colony is committed to building a better Beta Zeta, and it's important for our alumni to jump on board with that mission. To solidify Sigma Nu's place of prominence on Purdue's campus, Beta Zeta must have a top-notch home that will provide our undergraduate brothers and future members an environment to be successful. $2.5 Million Capital Campaign rough careful planning and consideration, Beta Zeta alumni and undergraduate leadership have developed a solid plan to address the long-term viability of the Sigma Nu experience in West Lafayette. In our detailed assessment, it has been determined that an extensive renovation of our home at 1301 Tower Drive is necessary and is the best long- term financial decision to ensure Beta Zeta's legacy. We are excited to announce the $2.5 million Honoring Our Legacy, Securing Our Future capital campaign. Working with Krittenbrink Architecture and CSL Management, the Purdue Sigma Nu Association has developed a tactical approach to our future. Inside Our New Chapter House is $2.5 million project is pivotal as we build upon this new era for Beta Zeta. Here's a financial breakdown of our much-needed updates. • For 1301 Tower Drive to withstand the summer heat and the coldest days of winter, we're investing $650,000 in a new HVAC system so that our collegians will be comfortable year round. • We want to wow potential new members as they walk into our home. e $350,000 to renovate the front entrance and $250,000 to refurnish the main floor are sure to do exactly that. • It has never been more paramount for undergraduate brothers and alumni alike to practice good hygiene in the wake of COVID-19. Renovated bathrooms on the second and third floors ($150,000 each), as well as the main floor and commander's room ($75,000 each), will go a long way to keeping brothers healthy. • Our undergraduate brothers' commitment to Excelling with Honor has been evident in Beta Zeta's scholastic strides. With a $200,000 media room and $600,000 in scholarships, they will be further motivated to pursue academic excellence and once again become a Sigma Nu Rock Chapter.
