The following arrests were made by Quartzsite Police Department March 27 to April 10, 2013 3/27: Jerry Wilcox, age 63, from Quartzsite, AZ was cited and released for Threatening and Intimidating. 3/28: Bryan Cloud, age 28, from Phoenix, AZ was cited and released to a responsible party for Extreme DUI. 3/30: Daniel Johnson, age 50, Transient, was cited and released for Disorderly Conduct. 3/30: Thomas Simonton, age 52, from Quartzsite, AZ was cited and released for Extreme DUI. 3/30: Daniel Johnson, age 50, Transient, was cited and released for Loitering and Criminal Trespass. 3/30: John Stauffer, age 19, from Norco, CA was cited and released for Driving with a Suspended License, Registration Not in Vehicle, and No Insurance. 4/1: Anthony Kamar, age 49, from Redondo Beach, CA was cited and released for DUI, Attempted Possession of Marijuana, Attempted Possession of Paraphernalia, and Excessive Speed. 4/3: Brian Maddox, age 46, from Quartzsite, AZ was arrested and booked for Threatening and Intimidating (DV) 4/3: Marlene Smith, age 72, from Anaconda, MT was cited and released to a responsible party for DUI. Through Worshiping God and Serving Others 4/8: Steven Hadley, age 45, from Quartzsite, AZ was cited for Aggravated Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 4/8: Adrian Russell, age 37, from Quartzsite, AZ was cited for Aggravated Assault. 4/10: Ricky Duckworth, age 51, from Quartzsite, AZ was cited and released for Interfering with Judicial Proceedings. EVERYONE IS WELCOME! 4/10: Theodore Clarey, age 37, from Quartzsite, AZ was arrested and booked for Surreptitious Videotaping and Voyeurism. Prescription Drug Take Back Day April 27th in Quartzsite The Quartzsite Police Department in conjunction with the Drug Enforcement Administration will be participating in the National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day on Saturday, April 27, 2013 from 10:00AM – 2:00 PM. Please bring all of your unused, expired, and unwanted prescription medications to the Quartzsite Police Department for anonymous disposal. Please note that the Quartzsite Police Department also accepts medications for disposal as a regular service Mon-Fri during normal business hours. Thank you.
