Each year, the Greater Fayetteville Chamber's Awards attracts
hundreds of prominent business and community leaders to
recognize the people and companies that have demonstrated
unique vision, innovation and achievements in support of
our region's economic growth and community prosperity.
Several awards are given out including our most prestigious
Realtor Cup, Athena Award and Business of the Year Award.
The Realtor Cup Award is given to the individual who
has made an outstanding contribution to the civic, economic
and cultural growth of Fayetteville and Cumberland County.
Furthermore, the recipient must have demonstrated qualities
that define excellence in both business and community service.
The Athena Award is one of the most prestigious awards
presented by the Chamber. It honors the man or woman
who has demonstrated the greatest support for the goals of
professional women and actively assists women in realizing
their full leadership potential.
The Business of the Year Award is intended to recognize
outstanding business achievement and leadership in our
community. The award acknowledges the immense positive
impact a business makes. The winner of this award will have been
set apart from other leaders in the community; demonstrated
outstanding commitment to the growth of their employees;
demonstrated innovation and creativity among their peers and
overcome challenges.
