Prov iding free qualit y healt h care to low- income adults is t he mission of t he clinic. To run t he clinic w it h t he excellence t hey desire to prov ide to t heir patients, t he clinic and staff rely on generous donors, grants and fundraising events. One such fundraising event is an annual event k now n as an Evening of CARE Dinner. It's as much a social tradition as it is a fundraiser, bringing toget her participants from all walks of life for an evening of fun to support an important institution. The next Evening of CARE takes place Saturday, Feb. 1, 2020. Tickets and slots to host sell out fast. Those who offer to host an Evening of CARE Dinner, prov ide a memorable evening for t heir g uests where t he meal is eit her prov ided by t he clinic, prepared by t he host or prepared by and/or ser ved at a restaurant of t heir choice. The hosts can be creative by prov iding hors d'oeuv res and beverages and have a small group of a few people, or t hey can host a much larger group. It depends on how many people t he host decides to accommodate. There can also be co-hosted dinners to allow more people to join in. Or, if you're new to tow n or you'd like to prov ide a home to t hose who are new to tow n, t hat's an option as well. If t he host decides to have t he meal prov ided by t he clinic, t here are t wo t y pes of dinner menus to choose from, eit her chicken or lasa- gna. No matter what t he hosts choose to do, t he entire evening is about raising funds for t he CARE Clinic. If you're unable to host but would like to be a spon- sor, t hat's an option as well. One of t he perks of hosting, is t he freedom to get creative w it h t he tone of t he event. If a f ire pit suits you and your g uests — do it. Want to hire a magician to entertain your g uest? Perfect. Want to bring in a local musi- cian to set a lively mood? Yes, please. Hosts are encouraged to customize t he experience as t hey see f it. The cost to host or co-host an event is $50, and a ticket to attend is $75. EVENTS The Evening of CARE Dinner brings people together for an evening of fun to raise funds for The CARE Clinic.
