lpha Xi had the honor of hosting the Province
Workshop, which was held at the KU Edwards
campus. Over 220 Sigs were in attendance rep-
resenting 20 chapters from Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Mis-
souri, Illinois, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. The overall goal
of a Province Workshop is to serve as a smaller version
of the Balfour Leadership Training Workshop. The audi-
ence includes undergraduates, advisors, and other alumni
who receive leadership development training. Province
conferences have different sections, very similar to Bal-
four LTW, with officer sections for consul, pro consul,
quaestor, magister, recruitment, emerging leaders, and
sometimes new members.
