OUR LONG-TERM PLAN FOR A STABLE FUTURE
T
he Delta Chi House Corporation at KSU has put a solid plan in place for the future of our brotherhood. rough careful study,
assessment, and planning, the leadership has decided to acquire an apartment-style facility to renovate into the chapter's new
home. At this time, the house corporation is actively exploring potential options around campus. Once a property is acquired, the
alumni leadership will hire an architectural firm and a contractor to assess the site and create renovation plans. e House Corporation
believes pursuing apartment-style living is the appropriate next step as demonstrated by the fact that 20-35 brothers have been living
together in an off-campus privately owned apartment complex since 2012.
