Undergraduates Excel in All Areas O ur chapter has been doing very well recently. Recruitment continues to be strong with membership at 65 men. We have our spring philanthropy coming up in April. A goal has been set to raise a couple thousand dollars for the Children's Miracle Network. We will be traveling across the state in April for an overnight formal. The chapter hosts broth- erhood events and activities every week. Members enjoy spending time together cheering on the Cyclones. Iowa Xi has also been taking home wins in multiple intramural events. I have placed an emphasis on helping more in the community. Along with each member com- pleting community service hours every semester, we have members volunteering at events on campus, holding positions with the Office of Sorority and Fraternity Engagement, and attending philanthropies of other chapters. We hope to host a community service social event with a sorority on campus within the next month. The scholarship chairman and I have been improving our academic program in order to raise our chapter's GPA. We plan to excel in recruitment, make a statement within the community, focus on our academics, and sneak in time for a few social events.
