SIGMACHI 3 Lambda Chapter Finishes the Academic Year Strong F rom Faceoff for the Forces to finishing in 14th place in the Little 500, Sigma Chi ended the academic year strong. Lambda Chapter excelled in academics and philanthropic work, and we look forward to making our next academic year just as successful. Brothers Recognized for Jordan Standard Values Many brothers received scholarships from the Chapter due to their out- standing GPAs. In addition, Patrick Cosgrove '18, Connor Drake '19, and Tommy McGowan '18 were honored for living up to the Jordan Standard values every day. Lambda finished the fall semester with a 3.1 GPA. IU Dance Marathon Raises Millions Lambda Chapter volunteered for multiple organizations throughout the spring, primarily raising money for Habitat for Humanity and Riley Chil- dren's Hospital. Our brothers are proud to support the organization, Greeks Give Back, originally created by Austin Gilmore '18. Not only does it further enhance our work with Habitat for Humanity, but it allows us to actively support our brother. Lambda Places 14th in the Little 500 The bike team had another strong year, finishing 14th in the Little 500. Lambda Chapter was paired with the women of Alpha Phi for the week to cheer on our bike team. Last year, our team finished seventh, so we aim to gain momentum in our pursuit of coming in first. Alumni Make a Difference at Lambda Lambda Chapter is thankful for the support of our alumni and welcome visits to the Chapter House any time. We want to share our successes with alumni everywhere because they are yours as much as they are ours. Your time and support will preserve the excellence we have worked so diligently to create. I ask that you take the time to reconnect with your brothers in the hopes of continuing to make this house a home for Sigma Chis of all generations.
