The biggest philanthropic project this semester has been Polar Plunge, raising over $5,000 for Special Olympics Indiana. As a chapter, we also participated in other Greek houses' philanthropy events, raising several hundred dollars for other philanthropies. "It was really an incredible effort from the actives to achieve such a goal," Will Baioni '20 said. This semester we had 15 great new initiates. The process of recruitment had some fun events whereby the brothers got to know the potential members. As a result of the chapter's growth, a recruitment committee was formed to give more brothers structured means to get involved in the growth of the chapter. We have been work- ing on streamlining our recruitment process to stay more competitive with other fraternities. "Our chapter is continuing to grow and is get- ting stronger every year. The future of Phi Sig recruitment looks great," Trent Jones '21 said. This semester of sports was also successful. We made a run in the playoffs for dodgeball, won sev- eral soccer games, and even teamed up with a so- rority to play sand volleyball. We have been more competitive this semester than we have in years past, and expect this to continue with the large amount of underclassmen currently in the house.
