SIGMA NU 2 Clubhouse and Chapter Debt-Free Focused on Savings and House Projects T he Clubhouse and chapter are pleased to share that we are in a solid finan- cial state. We've been debt-free since 2015, having extinguished a $250,000 Bank of America loan that was paid for in full by Gordon Schroeder '47. Because of Gor- don's generosity, we've been able to focus on building up a savings and making select house improvements. Moreover, with the hiring of S&T Fraternity Management in early 2017, we now have an expert to do regular safety walk- throughs and coordinate ongoing repairs/ maintenance. We strongly believe that ongo- ing support of the active chapter through re- cruitment of new members is the best way to ensure we maintain optimal financial fitness.
