purpose Chapter room, two-bedroom guest suite, and an exercise room.
n First floor includes a grand foyer with split staircase (great for recruitment), living room,
house director's apartment, guest bathrooms, large dining room, kitchen, and kitchenette.
n Second and third floors include 17 bedrooms on each floor with a mix of two-, three-, and
four-person bedroom layouts, community-style bathrooms, snack and laundry rooms, study
and TV lounges, and private study areas. All are ADA accessible.
n Elevator access to all floors.
n Outdoor living space in front, back, and on third floor balcony.
