What is EBT?
Emotional Brain Training (EBT) is a method that gives people the power to change overeating, anxiety and
other stress-related problems. Using simple emotional skills that promote joy, EBT is science-based, proven,
and fun to use. We are very excited about our newest program, The Joy Method. The program teaches the
skills to stop stress eating and help people release extra weight more rapidly.
What is the Joy Intensive?
The Joy Intensive offers the Joy Method to busy people who want to see results faster. Participants call
into a Joy Intensive group with fi ve others and a Certifi ed EBT Provider for 30 minutes every day for 30 days.
We discovered that by learning one small skill daily for 30 days, people can have a life-changing experience.
They learn to empower themselves to stop cravings, create moments of intense natural pleasure and feel
more connected and balanced. Most people can spare 30 minutes per day to call into our private,
confi dential conference line. That intense experience can change our brain habits, so Participants stop

With more people wanting to set aside diets and instead lose weight by feeling at their best, we have
a growing need for more Certifi ed Providers. If you are a coach, nutritionist, therapist or counselor with an
advanced degree, who is eager to learn the skills personally and share them with others, consider taking the
