Fort Bragg hosts over 45,000 military personnel and is the proud home of the revered 82nd Airborne Division and the famed Golden Knights parachute team. If you have never tried shooting clay targets before, then you definitely need to mark it off your bucket list. There are few things as satisfying as watching them explode when you land a hit. At the Spring Lake Clay Target Center, you can practice your aim – or try to develop a new one. If you are looking for a little change of pace, why not check out the Lower Little River, which runs its way through the town of Spring Lake? Bring your kayak or canoe and enjoy rippling waters, snow white sand and nature's songs as you peacefully float through the woods.
