T he Sigma Nu alumni and undergraduate leadership is developing a strong plan to address the long-term viability of the Eta Zeta experience on the Louisiana Tech campus. rough careful assessment and conversation, it has been determined that we must build a new chapter house in order to meet the needs of today's students. With your help, the Eta Zeta House Corporation will develop a tactical approach to our future. As Louisiana Tech University and hundreds of other colleges and universities across the country realize, facilities matter when recruiting the ideal candidates for admission. We cannot afford to continue offering a chapter house that does not fit the needs of the modern student. Our plan is to sell our current home and property, purchase land, and rebuild a state-of- the-art chapter house in Ruston. We will construct a grand chapter house that will exemplify Sigma Nu's legacy as the best fraternity at Louisiana Tech. We are still in the early stages of planning for this ambitious project. Drawing inspiration from Beta Tau chapter at North Carolina State, who recently finished construction on their dream house, the included images are examples of what we hope to bring to Ruston.
