Chapter Highlights
and Accomplishments:
t Eta Zeta has 77 members and six pledges.
t e chapter has a 3.1 cumulative GPA, which is
higher than the all-men's (2.936) and all-university
(3.045) averages.
t Eta Zeta has recorded the highest GPA out of all
fraternities in 48 of the last 56 quarters.
t e current SGA president, SGA vice president,
and IFC president are members of Sigma Nu.
t Two members have met the requirements and
applied to become Alpha affiliates.
t Sigma Nu members have been orientation student
leaders for the past 10 years.
t e chapter hosts a golf tournament and fish
fry in the spring and all proceeds are donated to
St. Jude ($5,000 donated to St. Jude in 2017).
t Eta Zeta donated 300 pounds of food to the
Northeast Louisiana Food Bank.
t e chapter partnered win Phi Mu and donated
100 cans and food for the Bridge Community
Church's Community Christmas.
Sigma Nus are leaders. From their consistent recruitment
and membership numbers, to their university and
community involvement, the members of Eta Zeta reflect
the values and accomplishments of the many brothers
who have come before them.

he undergraduate brothers of Sigma Nu continue to
preserve the strong legacy of Eta Zeta excellence. Our
chapter sets the standard for the Greek community
and leads by example across the entire student body at
Louisiana Tech.
